Andrew Morgan founded AMW after more than 15 years’ experience in the watch industry. As Creative and Content Director for pre-owned watch specialist Watchfinder & Co., he lead the development of the brand, taking it from a small trader to a worldwide retailer, to be sold to the Richemont Group in 2018.
Andrew was the in-house expert and voice of the Watchfinder & Co. brand, building a YouTube channel dedicated to watches to over 1 million subscribers and more than a quarter of a billion views.
In 2022, he created a project of his own, Andrew Morgan Watches (AMW) and expanded in 2024 to help watch companies better understand how to communicate through brand, product and media to their most valuable audiences.
